An extremely controversial sex-ed bill is on its way to the Governor’s desk after Democrats in the state Legislature passed it, despite the deep concerns of many parents and grandparents.
Republicans in the House and Senate fought hard to defeat or, at least change the legislation but could not overcome Democratic majorities in both chambers.
