"I would say that it was a rough session, and there were a lot of bills that we didn't particularly care for, the millionaire's tax, which is an income tax, just kind of put a damper on everything in my opinion," King said. The governor also inked his name on a bill sponsored by retiring Senator Judy Warnick (R-Moses Lake.) "When I was first elected, this was a cow pasture. I represented Terrace Heights, that building over there was brand new, and I got to come and meet my constituents there," Warnick said. "Proud to have represented the district as long as I have."
