Sen. Shelly Short presents Senate Resolution 8632 on March 31, 2023, honoring Camp Gifford on its 100th anniversary (or thereabouts). The camp, operated by the Salvation Army on Deer Lake in Stevens County, has been a beacon of ministry and mentorship for youth of the Inland Northwest.
