SRC On Air: Sen. McCune Warns Against OSPI Overreach on KONA

Sen. Jim McCune told KONA Radio that a Democrat-backed bill would allow OSPI to investigate and penalize schools for not following certain ideological policies.

He warned that OSPI could cut funding, remove school board members, and enforce political agendas in schools.

McCune argues the bill violates federal law and the Constitution and expects legal challenges if it passes.
